Sanqian Refund Policy

Payments for Sanqian subscriptions and credit top-up packs are processed by Creem as merchant of record.
- 14-day guarantee: if you are unsatisfied with your first purchase of a subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial payment for a full refund, provided usage has been reasonable (we may decline refunds where the credit allowance has been substantially consumed).
- Renewals: renewal charges are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the new period’s credits are substantially unused. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before the period ends via the customer portal (Manage subscription in the app); access continues until the period ends.
- Annual plans: the 14-day guarantee applies. After 14 days we may, at our discretion, refund the unused remainder on a pro-rata basis.
- Top-up packs: credit top-ups (e.g. 1,000 credits for $2.99) are one-time purchases and never auto-renew. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and survive monthly plan resets. A top-up is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided its credits are substantially unused; once the credits are consumed or have expired, the purchase is not refundable.
- EU/UK consumers: statutory withdrawal rights apply. By starting to use the AI service within the withdrawal period you consent to immediate performance; this does not limit the guarantee above.
- How to request: email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the approximate purchase date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Creem, typically within 5-10 business days.
Abuse of the refund policy (repeated purchase-consume-refund cycles) may result in refusal of future refunds or account suspension.
